With the future behind us is a presentation, a public talk with 30 printed and painted A3 paper plates displayed on the ground, on a carpet of flying blankets.
With the support of Amerindian languages, it approaches notions of time that differ from the Western concept of linear and progressive time, as a way to question the normality of the standard perspective. These languages allow us to imagine a world where there is no future and where time and space are always together.

Com o futuro atrás da gente é uma fala, uma apresentação com 33 pranchas de papel A3 impressas e pintadas, dispostas no chão, sobre um tapete de cobertores voadores.
Com o apoio de alguns idiomas ameríndios, o trabalho trata de noções de tempo que diferem do tempo ocidental, linear e progressivo. Estes idiomas nos permitem imaginar um mundo onde não há o nosso futuro e onde tempo e espaço estão sempre juntos.
